Rusty, I just wanted to drop you a short note of thanks for bringing some “sanity” in an otherwise difficult situation. While I know everyone has a unique set of circumstances for seeking help, your personal listening skills, ability to understand differences in people and caring made my situation bearable. 

If not for you I am not sure I would still be running my life and business today. While we had a very diverse group of people seeking solutions, you were the one I counted on to cut through everyone’s level of need and true area of help. You took into account where people were in their life emotionally, intellectually and the maturity of the individuals you were helping.  

You have an ability to connect and identify a person’s level of understanding of their own situation. While most people in your profession seem to “box” people into certain categories, you take the time to let people heal and learn at the pace correct for them
